Orders & Contract Information
A contract is formed between UNCAPTIVE and you only when we dispatch the item(s) you have ordered.
A contract is not formed at the point when payment has been taken by Uncaptive or at the point when you receive an email from Uncaptive acknowledging receipt of your order.
Until the item(s) are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by us or may be cancelled by you.
We gladly accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express via our secure website.
All items are sold in Pounds Sterling (GBP), though we happily accept credit card payments from all over the world.
From time-to-time we advertise promo codes for you to enjoy. Sign up to our email newsletter to be the first one to receive these.
To redeem a promo code, simply type the code into the promotional code field in the checkout section of the site, click the apply button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you forget to enter the promo code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the site.
Unless stated, all Free Delivery promotional codes exclude Next Day UK Delivery. Promotional codes cannot be used together with any other promo code or offer and are non-refundable.

If you provide any information about any other individuals such as friends or family, you warrant to us that you are entitled to provide that information to us and to authorise us to process it on the same basis as we will process the rest of the data that you provide about yourself.

Returns and Refund Policy:
We're confident you will like our products just as much as we do. If for any reasons we don't meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days from delivery. A refund of goods will be issued upon receipt of returned products in their original condition. We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. All Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded and that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We recommend that you use a registered postal service and keep a tracking number to return your item and also insure the package for good measure as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
Sale items do not qualify for returns and/or refunds.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. However, this time period may increase if you purchase multiple items and further production needs to be carried out. All items will ship together. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting us through the form provided under the Contact Us section.
If you select a ‘signed for’ service, please make sure someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping. In this case, you must file a complaint with the carrier.
If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered.
We try our best to ship worldwide, if any problems occur, we will contact you. International shipping costs apply so please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section for information on the average transit times.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. UNCAPTIVE does not hold responsible for delays due to customs.
